The French Department offers short-term and long-term programs in France, ranging from three weeks in Aix-en-Provence (winter) and six weeks in Paris (summer) to semester- or year-long programs in Paris and other French cities. These long-term programs, offered in collaboration with the Study Abroad French institution (MICEFA), are open to students of all majors. Students majoring in Political Science, Sociology, History, Economics, or Journalism also have the opportunity to enroll in the prestigious “Sciences Po” school in Paris, Reims, or Menton. Additionally, we strongly encourage graduates to consider joining the Teaching Assistant Program in France (TAPIF). This year-long program, facilitated by the French Embassy, has assisted many of our students in transitioning into the workforce while refining their language skills and cultivating a deeper understanding of global cultures.
