Rick Lockwood Memorial

Memorial Fund


The Lockwood family and the Rutgers-New Brunswick French Department are establishing a scholarship fund in Rick’s memory in order to perpetuate his work and pay honor to his incredible dedication.  The diversity of Rick’s commitments and the number of areas of university and student life that he touched were such that we feel it important to give this scholarship fund an equally broad mission.  The Rick Lockwood Memorial Fund will thus support graduate and undergraduate students in the French department as well as New Jersey K-12 teachers pursuing further training in French at Rutgers-New Brunswick.  Donors have the option of directing gifts to any or all of these areas. 
 
Questions regarding the fund should be addressed to either the Chair of the French Department or Paul Kuznekoff at the Rutgers University Foundation.

Donors who would like to give online to the memorial fund, please access the Rutgers Foundation's web site at www.support.rutgers.edu, then click where it says to donate online, then choose the New Brunswick campus option, and then scroll down to the second "window" (where it says "choose an academic department").

Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
